為增強(qiáng)員工精細(xì)化施工意識(shí)，提升精細(xì)化施工水平，8月19日上午，天創(chuàng)市政質(zhì)安部組織開(kāi)展關(guān)于市政工程質(zhì)量精細(xì)化施工專(zhuān)題培訓(xùn)。公司全體項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、施工員等一線人員參加了此次培訓(xùn)。    培訓(xùn)中，漢陽(yáng)市政集團(tuán)公司質(zhì)檢部羅艷明帶領(lǐng)大家先后學(xué)習(xí)了道排工程與橋梁工程的精細(xì)化施工方法，將市政工程施工的傳統(tǒng)工藝與新工藝做了充分展示。此次培訓(xùn)較以往的突破是，通過(guò)講解具體實(shí)用、可操作性強(qiáng)的施工方法，使大家認(rèn)識(shí)到工程質(zhì)量與成本、進(jìn)度兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)之間的矛盾并非不可調(diào)和，只要落實(shí)精細(xì)化施工，三者均可同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)。    本
