SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The standard shipping and handling charge rates for US domestic shipments are as follows:

We reserve the right to change our shipping and handling charge rates at any time. The shipping and handling rates above are applicable to the 48 U.S. continental states only, not including Alaska and Hawaii. Rates may be subject to change for Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, Canada and other countries.
Standard delivery is four (4) to six (6) weeks from date of order. Custom order items may have longer delivery depending on current load and back orders. Our product items are made-to-order. An item in-stock and ready for shipment is rare but may occasionally occur.
Upon our discretion, we may ship partial line items.. Back-ordered items will ship later upon availability without any additional cost to the customer. We will contact you via e-mail should a particular product item will take longer than expected to make sure that you still want to wait for the item or cancel the item.
We use the US Postal Service. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail which includes a USPS tracking number and an attached packing list. Tracking information is available at United States Postal Service. You can expect packages to be delivered within three (3) to five (5) business days from the ship date.
If you have not received your package and believe that your packages may be lost, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Upon our discretion, we may request for additional charges when deemed necessary. We will use other delivery services to expedite the delivery time when necessary or when shipping large or heavy packages.
Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package, if possible.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for cancellations.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any of our product fails to meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your item in its original and unused condition within fifteen (15) days of receiving it for a return or exchange.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
All discounted, customized and/or personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to hygienic nature of undergarment; belly bands, panties, and diapers cannot be returned or exchanged.
All shipments for returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer. Exchanges may require additional shipping and handling charges to be billed to the customer at the time the exchange is shipped. We have the discretion to waive such charges.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please use contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return or exchange as soon as possible. We will respond to you via e-mail to approve return or exchange. Please ship the items along with a copy of the packing slip to:

We are not responsible for items returned to any other address.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging an item. Items received after fifteen (15) days will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.
After receiving and inspecting a returned item in good condition, we will refund your Paypal account for the item returned. For replacements or exchanges, we will send you a Paypal invoice for additional shipping charges accordingly.
We work hard to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. We will contact you for any issues with returns or exchanges. Please allow five (5) business days after we receive the returned items to process your return or exchange.
We strive to provide great customer service. We wish we could accept all returns and exchanges without any question or limitation, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these return and exchange policies, so that we can continue to provide you with quality products.
